Meals for postpartum mothers
Seudas Yehudis has been providing meals to new mother's and their families in Crown Heights for 20 years.
Families are so grateful to receive fresh home cooked meals. This special mitzvah of helping a kimpeturin (A women who gave birth) is so great. So much so that the Alter Rebbe went to cook a soup on Yom Kippur for a kimpeturin!
This is one of the ways that the community supports each other.
Boruch Hashem there is always high demand.
